Very efficient and friendly service. I had my car serviced and MOTd at the same time and it was ready by mid-afternoon. Much appreciated.

Everything was as expected, all the staff including mr Carter were very polite and respectful of our needs. Made us very welcome, made us a lovely hot drink on arrival, Our car was serviced in the allotted time with no problem

Jake was absolutely excellent in every way during the process of part exchanging our Kia Sportage for a Stonic. He made everything much easier for us and was extremely kind, helpful and patient . I took my Rio to Kia Brayleys in Oxford and THEY WERE FANTASTIC😁 They were polite, friendly, professional and kept me informed during the whole process of having my car repaired: it was a fabulous experience with Brayleys Oxford: totally different to another Kia main dealership in Bicester I had previously used- that experience was an absolute nightmare from start to finish and I’m still trying to get my money back.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Brayleys, Oxford to any Kia owner and I must say George went over and above, as I asked if they would return the broken part (supplied by Kia in Bicester which had never worked) in order to return it to Bicester for a full refund…. I’m still waiting but I’m not surprised as Bicester were diabolical from start to finish😡😡😡

Brayleys Kia in Oxford used to be brilliant, but like so many other places they have cut back services and are now average at best rather than exceptional. Despite being a customer for many years they send no email or other reminders of MOT or servicing. They now use fancy iPads to film your vehicle but I’d much prefer good communication, being able to get hold of the right department by phone or email and a car-wash and vacuum included in the servicing like it used to be.

Had my MOT and interim service done here on 26 Jan 2026.
They were friendly and explained everything clearly before starting the work.
The MOT was completed on time and they gave me a call to update me on the service progress with video clip.
Car is running perfectly.
I'll definitely be coming back next year and would recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable service.

Jake was absolutely brilliant and a really lovely chap to boot - my mum said, and I quote, “he is the nicest car salesperson I’ve ever met.” Which is very high praise indeed! Really accommodating and helpful, despite some slightly dodgy driving and general confusion from me he made me feel very well looked after and wasn’t at all condescending or pushy. A real asset to the team (and one who deserves an electric blanket as a reward).

Service was carried out efficiently and a report provided. Previous dealers I have dealt with normally wash the car and offer a courtesy car if required. The car was not washed which was disappointing.

David in Service Dept. Kept me informed about progress, payment details and, importantly for me, sorted out information for the Niro's Log book which Sales had failed to add when car was purchased. Altogether, totally professional.

Nice & easy experience getting my car MOT & Serviced & the time to get the car back was fine as well, also with their health check video which they show you your car is in good health.
Top service.

I went for help about some oil. The receptionist at the service desk said they could not tell me the price until they checked oil level. Came back to me.. approx 7 mins.. saying done and a bill of £30!!!! Labour costs (did not even ask) of £14.00.. was shocked will never go back there to get service or buy a vehicle. Appalled.

Very friendly and helpful. Young sales exec (Jake) very carefully took us through what the move to automatic would mean, what we were getting compared to previous 13-year-old car. He worked out a great test drive route for wife and me to share, and another drive before we finally handed over the old car and set off in the new one. Also kindly delayed handover date as we had a number of commitments

Jamie the sales guy was so helpful and really very pleasant to deal with. He was helpful and very knowledgeable about everything and not at all pushy. He took time to show us around the car and nothing was to much trouble. Hes a real access to the company.
