Said would change spark plugs this service but didn’t, no longer wash car with £600 service despite saying they do on the website, no longer take Amex.
Not interested in service only taking money and happy to lie to rob you blind. AVOID
I arrived earlier than the time of my appointment
I was greeted with a smile and checked my car for the requested recall
I set at the coffee lounge waited and it did not take long before the agent came back and when I asked if the batteries on the key fob were changed he took the key and called another person to deal with this
The all process from start to finish took less than two hours

What used to be a straightforward process for 4 years of car services has turned into an inefficient and error prone mess under Brayleys takeover of Crown with the changes made.
Not having a cleaning service with rue service was unexpected an disappointing, under the guise of environmental spin it really seems like cost cutting for something that used to give me confidence and great customer service.
The booking process went through four steps and at each step no one had captured that we wanted the mot done as well as the service. Therefore after going home after nearly a full day off work to sort my car out, I realised the mot was not done. This may seem like an innocent mistake but with such a painful process I would have thought someone or something would have caught it.
If I had not realized then the mot would have expired at the end of the week and sheer horror would have followed.
Having said all that they offered to perform the mot for free and my wife took the car back the next day to have this completed.
To the managment please review this and improve your process.

What this company does particularly well is its sales representatives. Ewa was my sales representative, and she was knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely helpful. She listened carefully to my needs and guided me towards the right car for me.
10 out of 10.

A professional and reliable experience all round. From pre-booking to visiting the showroom, and finally collecting the vehicle- receiving the video of works. I appreciate the Bradley's Team. Thank you.

Brayley Motors are appalling. Bought a new car which repeatedly has problems. Impossible to speak to anyone; problems are not properly addressed. You deal with them at your own peril.
Efficient staff and process to keep me informed of progress.

Brayley Honda Hendon – Pressured Sales Environment and Disappointing Management Experience
I recently visited Brayley Honda Hendon with the genuine intention of purchasing a new vehicle and was prepared to place an order if the dealership could match or improve on the offer I had already received through Carwow. I had previously bought a car from this dealership some years ago through Philip Palumbo, who I was later told had since left, so I returned expecting a similar experience.
The salesman I initially dealt with was polite and helpful. I explained that I already had a competitive quote through Carwow and simply wanted to see whether the dealership could match or beat it.
The salesman went to speak with Paolo Rubina, the Head of Business, regarding pricing and I later had the opportunity to speak with him directly. Unfortunately, I found the interaction disappointing. Mr Rubina came across as dismissive and somewhat arrogant in his manner. My impression during the discussion was that the focus was on concluding a deal quickly and registering the vehicle before the end of the month, rather than taking the time to properly address my questions or give the customer confidence when making such a significant purchase.
The atmosphere in the dealership also felt quite pressured. It appeared the salesman himself was under pressure from management to secure an agreement on the day. As a customer, that sort of environment does not inspire confidence when considering a large purchase.
My hesitation was also influenced by a previous experience with the dealership’s service department when I owned a vehicle purchased from them. At the time I tried to discuss a warranty concern with Mr Ward, the service manager. Instead of taking a moment to review the issue or allowing a technician to briefly look at the concern, I was simply told the vehicle would need to be booked in. I remember leaving that conversation feeling the concern had been dismissed rather than properly understood.
Taking all of this into account, I decided not to proceed with the purchase. When I asked who I could raise my concerns with, I was told David Carter, Head of Operations, would be the appropriate person, but staff said they were unable to provide his contact details and that any complaint would have to go through the dealership’s general feedback process.
In the end, I chose to walk away and did not buy a vehicle from Brayley Honda Hendon.
Shortly afterwards I travelled around 30 miles to Honda Letchworth, part of the Granger Motor Group, where I purchased my vehicle through the Honda portal. The difference in experience was striking. The dealership had a calm, village-like atmosphere and the whole process felt relaxed and reassuring. There was no pressure to buy and the staff clearly prioritised customer satisfaction.
For such an important purchase, the contrast between the two dealerships was very noticeable
I brought my car for service on Wednesday 25 February. My car was damaged by the body work around the back light on the driver side. I only noticed the damage when I got home and it was the first time I saw it. I also noticed that the service booklet which I put in the glove box that morning was gone. I called your department immediately and talked to a gentleman who said I could bring my vehicle back call for you to have a look.
My son, who is my designated 2nd driver, helped me to take the car back to you the following morning. He was seen by one of your officers who wasn’t very helpful at all. So apart from the damage to my vehicle, the service book is now lost and I to spend money to another one.
First class service from the moment i walked in , made to feel very welcome and was not kept waiting . very professional job

Possibly the best new or used car dealer handover I have experienced. Ewa took the time to do things properly, while the presentation and preparation of the car itself was perfect. highly recommended!
