The service was excellent.
Alex welcomed me and gave me a clear time and how long my MOT would take.
He even got a minor issue looked at for me.
He had my car washed and ready to go in a hour and half

A £365 charge to not fix my car
I booked my car in because the start button was malfunctioning. I was charged £365 for a diagnostic check and battery change but the problem recurred within an hour of leaving the garage. Absolutely rubbish service. I’ve now had to rebook and take more time off work to come in again.

Amazing experience! I went in to order a mobility car, I didn’t have an appointment but they were very accommodating. We got all the details sorted and ordered the car. It couldn’t have been smoother. All the staff were amazing, super understanding and explained this to me multiple times so I understood what was happening. We were kept updated throughout. They couldn’t do more to help and I’m really grateful for that. Highly recommend these guys. I believe we went through Graham, lovely gentleman, again made me feel so at ease, chatting away. I found Kevin very helpful when choosing my car. He explained in detail all the process and requirements. Had a good experience of test driving the car I wanted to buy. When I picked it up after purchase it had been freshly wash and cleaned inside. The service was very good. It been a smaller garage made it more personalised.

Kevin was brilliant
Kevin was brilliant. Knowledgeable, helpful and honest. Went over and above to ensure everything went smoothly with my purchase. There was no pressure and no sales pitch just an honest evaluation of what best suited my needs. Can’t fault the service, that’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommend.
