From booking and confirmation to dropping off the car, every step was handled seamlessly. The communication was clear throughout—what required attention was explained well, and all completed work, along with future recommendations, was clearly outlined upon collection.

It’s evident that this is a highly coordinated effort between people and technology. A special mention to Brooke Gibson, who was genuinely warm and welcoming, making the entire experience even more pleasant.

Booked the service online. Was sent confirmation and also 4 days before it was due was sent notification to check in online.
This was done. Arrived on Tuesday handed over the keys and after 90 minutes service and valet were done.

Kevin at the Grays branch was excellent. My husband and I went there to obtain a car through the Motorbility Scheme his knowledge and ability made everything smooth running. Just purchased a Mazda 2 Hybrid at Brayleys Thurrock via Kevin Sperrin who has been working so hard to ensure everything was perfect for the pick up time today...including a very thoughtful touch of a sign with my name on it saying I am the new owner coming to collect it which was something I've never seen before and was a great moment. The team.at Brayleys Grays are very professional and made me feel very confident and safe when buying the vehicle which is also perfect for my needs as Kevin listened to my list of wants from a new car and matched this mazda to them perfectly! 10 out of 10 I will always use this showroom and have done for many years.
