Customer service was excellent from Danielle made me feel at ease from the second I walked through the door

In 2024 I was apprehensive at the daunting prospect of buying a new car as a single female. Fortunately I met Kevin (Brayleys Thurrock used cars - was previously Brayleys Mazda) who made the whole process an absolute pleasure due to his kindness, sincerity and transparency. He sold me the perfect car which I loved!
Roll forward 18 months to August 2025 and my circumstances changed so I needed to downsize. The only person I would go to was Kevin due to his impeccable service and care. Of course he has found me the perfect car which is secondhand and meets all my requirements. Thank you again Kevin! I think all salesman should have a 'Kevin' handbook' for dealing with customers and I will continue to recommend you to friends and family (who have also bought cars from you and been very happy)

Having found the VW Polo our son had been searching for our enquiries began. From start to finish Kevin gave us fabulous customer service by email and over the phone. We can honestly say our entire experience from start to finish was simple, hassle free and the whole process was relaxed with no hard sell. Everything was transparent about the transaction and we'll be back for our daughter's new car in the future as we've found a trustworthy dealership we can recommend to friends and family. Very competitive on price. Had MOT and service done.
The only downside was that they called me telling me my locking wheel nut was not in the car. I knew that is was highly unlikely it had been removed, but they were adament it wasn’t in there. After looking everywhere at home we went down to Brayleys as wanted to check the car ourselves, only to be told when we arrived it was found and the job completed. I feel as though when it was found they could have phoned back to let me know as they knew I was looking everywhere at home for it.

Recently bought a car from here. I must say I was very impressed with the service I got from Kevin. He was very imformative and helped the process be as smooth as possible. I appreciate him working the extra hours to make my experience quick and easy. He made sure I got my car in impeccable condition. I will definitely be coming back for my next car.

The team is always friendly and professional. My recent car service and MOT was completed efficiently and the work undertaken was explained by Jake when I collected the car. Had there been an issue I know, from past experience, they would have contacted me to obtain my authorisation before undertaking the work.

Comfortable waiting area with refreshment facilities. Polite and helpful staff. All work on car explained and car returned in spotlessly valeted condition.

The staff at Brayleys are amazing very helpful and friendly. My car was ready and cleaned within timeframe. Thank you soo much would definitely recommend.

Great experience from beginning to end! Doesn't feel like a main dealer, more like a family business. Was greeted with smiles soon as I entered the door, and when I collected my car following its first service it was a pleasant surprise to find it had been given a clean!

Picked up my cx30 today. From the very start of my interest in the car , sorting out my part ex I found the experience very satisfying and Kevin Sperrin was very informative and great guy to deal with. I have bought three cars from here now and they are always a pleasure to deal with.

Update on the Apr 24th negative review. On my third visit Brayleys test drove the car and concluded it was the calipers that needed changing out at £1K, I said I didn't trust them and to stop any work. On Saturday I took it to Kwik Fit Southend. Today they changed the warped front discs and the pads. Runs like a charm. Do NOT let these peole near your car for repairs.
