We purchased two cars from this dealership. The first one was for my friend, and throughout the entire process, Kevin was incredibly helpful. I was so impressed by the experience that, even though I had bought my own car just a few months earlier, I decided to trade it in and get a brand-new Mazda CX-60 from Kevin :)

Right from the start had a great experience at Braleys Cars Thurrock From the moment I made the first call to arrange a visit to the collection date of car.
Dealt with a car dealer called Kevin Sperrin who I would highly recommend dealing with as all questions and any little issues were dealt with swiftly and he went that extra mile with the preparation of the car and after sales service.
All cars come with 12 month warranty for the extra peace of mind with second hand cars.
All in all a highly recommended car dealer and super customer service

Very good service. We drove a fair distance to view and test drive a car for my parents, with the hope of taking it home that day. Kevin was excellent at showing us round and took us on a very good test drive route. The car was then got ready for us to take and all the paperwork done straight away, so we were all sorted in one trip.

Living in South Wales and purchasing a car so far away, I thought would be a nightmare. However I had kevin as the sales person and everything went smooth, nothing was a problem for him. Would definitely make a purchase from here again. Every garage needs a kevin.

Had an amazing experience purchasing my dream car from Brayleys Thurrock! The salesman Kevin was friendly, kind and informative! Would definitely recommend Brayleys Thurrock to anyone wanting to purchase a beautiful Mazda.

Had car serviced told could not valet car as car cleaner said jet washer frozen, when I walked to my car cleaner washing his cleaning gear?got home and cleaned car myself, then noticed damaged paint work, contacted service department,said they would look into it said could not see how it happened but would get smart repair done still waiting for repair 2 months after damage just lie to you about what they will do .
Will have to contact head office to see if they can resolve this matter but don't hold much hope having this resolved, use them at your own risk.

Kevin and Jamiul gave us absolutely an absolutely wonderful service when we purchased our new (to us) car. They couldn’t have been more helpful with the process from start to finish. It was a very smooth purchase and Kevin was very knowledgable about the car itself.
