Great Service
Came in to have a problem with screen wash rectified. This was done while I waited.
Looked around the showroom and saw a car that took my fancy. I was offered a great deal and arranged the purchase.

We highly recommend Kevin Spirren Senior Sales person at Brayleys Mazda Thurrock. Kevin has gone over and above with his expert advice and knowledge to ensure that our needs when purchasing a car are completely taken into account. Having known Kevin for many years we can rely on him to advise which car is most suitable for us and what we want in a car. He thoroughly explains every process of the purchase, and being senior clients is taken into account and he helps as much as he can. It is no problem if you have many questions to ask. He has so much patience and always a big smile.

Easy drop off process and the price had not changed from what was agreed on the phone. Car was ready within two hours and all work carried out was explained along with advisory items. Also car was given a good clean inside and out

Even though my nearest dealer is quite a distance from me, (it used to be around the corner until it changed hands) they made sure the service & MoT were done as soon as possible so I wasn’t hanging around all day for it to be finished.

Great customer experience
My car was only in for a short while getting a software update but Brayley's still took the time to wash and clean it, returning it in a much better condition than when it arrived.

Helpful staff, I use a service/MOT plan
I always take my car for service/MOT to my local Mazda dealership. I’ve always been happy with the customer service there. The staff are really friendly & helpful and they have NEVER let me down. I’ve been using this dealership since 2017 and I’m really happy
