All okay apart from trying to make payment. Their card machine was defective which resulted in a 30 minute delay in me leaving the dealership. There did not appear to be any contingency plan for the problem and the onus was on me to find an alternative payment method before I was allowed to leave.

I had a difficult experience with the finance of my vehicle, both Kevin and Ian couldn’t have done any more for me they are not only great at what they do but they do it on a personal level. Their passion to do the upmost to ensure the customer is happy. I cannot thank them enough. By far the best experience in car dealership I’ve had.

Arrived to hand over my car for its first service. Was seen promptly. I waited on site and was offered a cup of coffee, which I accepted. I was informed when my car was being cleaned, prior to my driving home. The payment was made and paperwork explained. The newly cleaned car ( very good job ) was brought round so I could drive away with ease. Overall a very good experience.

I cannot recommend this Mazda enough, after having so many problems with the romford one these have been amazing from start to finish, Danielle expecially has been great with communication, helping us to get the problems fixed with our car, highly recommend thank you so much for amazing customer service

Everything was hassle free from booking my car in , reminding me of my appointment and hospitality while waiting for car to be serviced.

We had a Mazda CX-60 which unfortunately we bought threw Essex Ford, sadly it was full problems and LITERALLY no one would help us getting it sorted it was making our driving lives a misery until we visited Mazda Brayley Grays where we met with Kevin and Ian, from then on everything changed, our experience here was so different compared to the other company
Kevin literally sat with us for hours going threw everything and resolving our problem by sourcing us a brand new Mazda and exchanging our cx-60 for CX-5 which is a very lovely comfortable and problem free car.
They have done all this for us forfeiting their commission and earning nothing from the transaction.
We really really cannot thank these guys enough.
Every member of staff you speak to there is so Professional, Helpful and polite. Our lives are so much happier now and could write a ten page essay but to sum it up If you are looking to buy a new car please visit these guys

From the moment I contacted the sales team, my wife and I were treated like we mattered - that Brayleys cared about us. This was in stark contrast to another car dealer whose dishonesty left us hesitant to consider replacing our car at all.
Kevin gave us his undivided attention, listening to our needs and explaining all our options.

An excellent service from first visit to picking up my car. Friendly and helpful staff. Kevin, the salesman, was not pushy and helped me get the car I wanted. The car, the Homura Aka, is a lovely car too.

The friendliness of the staff in Sales and Service at the Mazda Grays location instantly puts you at ease and are great people to deal with, which makes purchasing a new car relatively stress free! A special mention for Kevin and Ian for their time and assistance in helping find the right car for me!
The showroom and site in general is well laid out and kept clean and tidy making it a great place to come and choose your next car.

Recently bought a Mazda 6 from Brayleys; Kevin and his team were very helpful, they answered all of our queries without hesitation. All of the staff went out of their way to make things easy for us. The entire process went smoothly, would definitely recommend to others and would come back in the future if need be.

In this day and age, good Customer Service can be hard to find. Did we find good Customer Service at Brayley? No - we found Excellent Customer Service. From the very moment that we started dialog with Kevin at Brayley until well after we drove away with our purchase nothing was too much trouble for Kevin. He was courteous, helpful, good-humoured, knowledgeable, did what he said he would do, and provided excellent communication throughout. Ian runs a tight ship and it became clear that the provision of excellent Customer Service was fully embedded within Brayley Mazda dealership
at Grays in Essex. We simply could not fault any aspect of our experience. Although not on our doorstep, we would happily travel to Brayley for any future purchase and we would whole-heartedly recommend them without the slightest hesitation. Well done Brayley, and well done Kevin - you were like a breath of fresh air - thank you.

Terrible service from the 'service' department. Driver returned car to a metered bay without putting money on (despite my instruction to park in resident car park) and drove from Thurrock to Southend with a Malfunction light on. Said nothing. The next day my car (having had a full service!) had no coolant in the radiator and was faulty, no heating,...a full service? Needed a new radiator and injectors, (a common error though seemingly not checked thoroughly). Vehicle has now been with them for 7 days (albeit a bank holiday). No offer of a courtesy car once 2-3 days had passed. Manager not bothered. This branch have been appalling. Avoid if you can.
