We booked a test drive of the 2024 Mazda CX30 online, all went to plan and decided that we would leave VAG and buy one of these lovely cars. The deal was fair and at no stage did I feel pushed into anything. The whole buying and trading in scenario was painless. I would highly recomend Brayleys in Thurrock and especially Kevin Sperrin. He had time for us at the handover and we felt 100% valued by this local business.

Although it was just an MOT, I found all the staff friendly, helpful and informative. Any questions or concerns regarding the car and test were treated appropriately and the waiting area had a reasonable selection of reading matter and a descent hot drinks machine to boot. The car was MOT’d and washed prior to being handed back to me, so overall a good experience all round and well worth the visit.

Easy to book, great service and friendly staff

I purchased my Mazda 5 years ago and even today I am treated like the day I purchased my vehicle. The staff are helpful and supportive with clear explanations where needed.

Kevin Sperrin at Brayleys Cars went the extra mile in assisting me with my new car purchase and with after care advise, can highly recommend them.

No problem with the Loan Car and Advisor and the Basic 1st Service enabled My Car available by 2.15pm after Delivering it at 10am.
What was Disappointing was in my Specific case was that there was an Agreement that was Disappointing "Not Filled" to use a Pun!

Good friendly service, but expensive. We have a service plan, which is fine, but they charge double what other places do for tyre replacements and brake pads, so I won’t be getting those done at Mazda.

I today picked up my Mazda 2. I only went looking to see what second hand cars were for sale at Brayleys last weekend but due to the customer service we received from Kevin, it didn't take long to make a decision and purchase my 2021 Mazda . Unlike many other car salesman, Kevin was not too pushy. He answered our questions with a great deal of knowledge and understanding and assisted with the additional issue we had with changing over my own personal number plate.
Kevin was very professional and I would certainly recommend you going to see him if you're in the market for a Mazda.

Service my car while I waited made welcome with cups of tea or coffee everything was explained clearly about the service completed in two hours including car washed also sorted out wing mirror problem under warranty all round pleasant experience

The car was prepped to a very high standard and Kevin was kind enough to make sure I had enough fuel in the car to get home by running me to the local petrol station which was above and beyond any service I have had before.
