They came very quickly but one of them was damaged . I still works but was dented really bad on the top . However I needed them in a hurry so didn't bother sending it back . Other than that the service was great

The chiller arrived (eventually) but was damaged. The carrier driver (yodel) couldn't care less. The parcel tracking stated that the chiller hadn't left the depot but less than 4hrs later yodel posted a "sorry we missed you " note through my door!
Brennands bent over backwards to resolve the situation and we agreed on a partial refund.

I have had problems finding a kettle that doesn't have a base and then found this on your website. The order arrived promptly and the kettle is just what I wanted.

Unfortunately my product arrived damaged, Brennnds did apologise for this but were unable to exchange the product for me due to very inflexible delivery times, eventually I have had to agree to send product back and have a refund instead of an exchange and I still have to go to a lot of hassle packaging / labelling the product for return and taking it to a collectplus site. Brennands have been polite throughout but nonetheless I have not had a good level of customer service, because of this I'm afraid I wouldn't deal with them again.

I had a Bosch and it just didn't work properly although I stuck with it for 4 months. When I phoned Brennands they were quite happy to swop it for another one - same price but different model. Have yet to try it out as it requires ionised water but like the feel of it. Excellent person to talk to on the other end of the phone and am happy so far!

I ORDERED A BATHROOM HEATER AND IT ARRIVED DAMAGED. I SENT IT BACK AND RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT, NO QUIBBLE VERY GOOD SERVICE. I GUESS WHITE VAN MAN SOMETIMES PLAYS BASKETBALL WITH PARCELS ! NOT BRENNANDS FAULT.

I ordered a portable double boiling ring - unfortunately I was sent a single one so perhaps a little bit of extra training needed for warehouse staff?! No problem to exchange, though, as they arranged for the courier to collect when the correct item was delivered. Would have been better to send correct item in the first place so I didn't have to wait in all day for the courier to arrive..... Good price for the item, I paid perhaps a couple of pounds extra so I could deal with a smaller company.

I was badly let down by Yodel who 'lost' my mother's Christmas present on the Friday afternoon before Christmas, and the supplier I had ordered the item from was completely disinterested and unable to send a replacement until the new year! I had ordered a kettle, which was the one thing my 87 year old mother wanted, and which was out of stock almost everywhere I tried. I stumbled upon the Brennands website late on the Friday evening, just three working days before Christmas, and placed an order, not really expecting that it would arrive in time. I rang Customer Services on the Monday morning, and was told that the kettle would be despatched that day. To my delight, the kettle arrived at lunchtime the following day. The service from Brennands was exceptional and I would definitely use this company again.

Far too late and very shortly before Christmas, I ordered a Hostess double wine bottle cooler. No other company providing the same goods would dispatch until after Christmas, but Brennands pledged on their website to dispatch immediately. I received an e-mail warning that couriers were facing high levels of deliveries but, despite this, my order arrived on Christmas Eve. Full marks to Brennands, whose price, I should add, was far lower than that of most of the other companies stocking the same goods.
