A group of us at work were looking to buy a couple of things for a wedding present for one of the girls in the office, we picked out something she said she liked, a spotty kettle and toaster set. What we didn't realise was that she also told her mum about it who had organised for her work friends to buy it elsewhere so unfortunately we had to return it and pick something different. I telephoned to enquire about the motor wattage of a Henry Hoover on sale via this company. The assistant checked and came back with the wrong information. When delivered, I discovered the mistake. The company then went into overdrive to rectify and fix the problem. Eventually I accepted the
product and am perfectly happy with the Henry. I would definitely buy from them again. We all make mistakes and only Allah is perfect.

Great product, competitively priced. Easy to use web site with great support from a UK phone number staffed by friendly, efficient people. The only (slight) negative involved the courier/delivery service, which took nearly two weeks to deliver the item (a Hostess Heated Trolley).
