I bought two chiller units within a few days of each other.
Service with the first one was first class but the second order was not dealt with the same speed.
It looked like the stock back up levels were not quite in tune so I reached a disappointed stage which was not present with my first order.
I will however be quite happy to recommend Brennands to others.

Bought a toaster recently that I has been going up in price on other websites or was no longer available. Found it here for the cheapest price I had seen it. Great value and delivery was quick (on a Saturday). Would definitely use this site again.

Ordered an Air Conditioner from Brennands which showed in stock on their website only to be advised the following day that they could not supply the order due to them not being able to obtain the item. Whilst payment was refunded in a timely manner there is no excuse for advertising goods that you cannot supply. Investing in stock management software and dealing with reputable suppliers avoids such issues. Brennands should give these two ideas a try sometime.

Brennands response to the above situation was to email an apology which included a miserly 5% discount for future purchases. Like I'm ever going to use them again...yeah right!

Having seen the how good this crepe/pancake pan was my next mission was to find
the cheapest place to buy it.
Brennands seemed to have the best price so wasn't expecting a quick delivery how wrong was I it came within 48 hours and really well packaged.
10/10 Brennands. I had not heard of the company before but will definitely use you again

I choose Brennands because of price and payment facility (Paypal) and don't regret , quick delivery, good package. Only rated it 4* because never received any acknowledgment of delivery date. Overall I will use it again.

Haven't opened my Vax yet, so can't comment, but all else was great, plus I prefer to give my business to a relatively small UK business, rather than swell the untaxed coffers of the gigantic corporation that is killing off many smaller competitors etc etc

Item Purchased several weeks ago and arrived very badly damaged. Sent an immediate email and photos to the seller and after several voice mails we did connect and am hoping to receive a replcement item that's not damaged. Certainly taking a whhile to sort out.

The item was just what i wanted, just as described on the website, and delivered promptly and safely. I had about 2 weeks in which to cancel and my payment was not collected untyil that time had expired - that was a reassuring safety valve.
