I ordered the product on line, it was very efficient and beat the pants off of B&Q on price. It was available the following day.
The collection was equally as efficient and very easy. What a fantastic service.

Their Bristol branch offers the wrong advice on paints. Water based products on an oil based surface peels off even when keyed in. Been to this outlet two times and have always received the wrong advice.
Never to return!! They just want your money :(
Go somewhere where they appreciate your custom, even B&Q offer better advice than this!

Resolved the problems I had
They resolved the issues I raised after leaving a highly negative review on TrustPilot. From time to time, every person and every company has bad days where everything seems to go wrong. It is how you deal with those issues that decides whether you are a decent person (or company). Brewers falls into the latter camp so I'm happy to continue shopping with them.

Huge que, staff were really stressed, I pre ordered on line, however when I arrived was told the paint wasn't ready and I should have waited for confirmation email. So no point ordering on line, just go to store and pick up what you need. On plus side large selection of stock
