Helpful staff but stock control not great.
I ordered some paint via click & collect from a branch some distance away because it was shown in stock there. When it came to collecting it, it turned out not to be in stock. Staff were helpful in sorting out a refund, but it caused some inconvenience.

Would definitely recommend
Online ordering very simple, with user friendly website. Arrived undamaged and delivered by a very friendly delivery driver. Product was as expected, as I have used it before and competitively priced.
Only one small problem, there seemed to be a break down in communication and my order was late being delivered, the email I sent got no response, so telephoned the customer service number. What ever the problem was, it was quickly resolved and I received my order the following day.
This was my first time ordering from Brewers and I will definitely use them again.
