Great service and supplies
The store is very well stocked and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. During lockdown I have felt that the covid safety is well organised.
I much prefer to buy what I need at Brewers than at the big DIY stores.

Inefficient Brewers Decorators, Bromley.
Telephoned Brewers, Bromley on March 11 to check if they had a product in stock, staff member confirmed they had it. Went to store within 2 hours to be told they didn’t have it but could order it and it would be in within 2 days, paid as requested. Checked if it had arrived after 2 days, told it hadn’t been ordered due to confusion but would be in within 2 days, it still hadn’t arrived when checked 2 days later but promised it would be in by Friday March 20. The shop closed due to Corona virus that day. Checked on May 20 to be told it wasn’t in due to lockdown. Funds returned, no apology from Manager who was more interested in making excuses. Inefficient business, doesn’t deserve support to survive difficult times ahead. Avoid. It has now been successfully ordered online from another supplier.
