Excellent service. There was a glitch on the website which meant I couldn't order one of the things I needed, but the online customer services team were quick to sort it after I reported it. Cambridge South branch then delivered as quickly as they could.

Very disappointed by slow delivery and lack of comunications
I was told delivery to the store would be five working days. After 6 days I contacted the store who knew nothing about the order. It is now almost 2 weeks and I am still waiting for any information. Disappointing!

Slightly disappointed
The Initial ordering process was fine right through to payment. I placed the order early morning. I felt let down with communication. I was told I would receive an email. Didn’t happen, I finally had to phone the centre mid afternoon. I think I spoke to the manager (not sure) and was told the order had been raised almost immediately. Potentially I could have finished my project a day early had I have had an email.
