No communication on delivery
No communication on delivery. After making enquiry 10 days after the order I was told I needed to pay a £30 delivery charge.

Delivery failure
Ordered an item online- said delivery to the shop in five days. Six days later no text to say items have arrived. Phoned the shop to enquire and was told he didn’t know when the items would be delivered. Tone felt brusque and rude. Could have ordered the item for home delivery and avoided offhand and impatient attitude.

Slow ....
For the relatively high prices Brewer charges, I'd expect a faster turnaround. It takes several days for many click and collect orders to arrive.

Brewers have been fantastic
Brewers have been fantastic. I am an amateur clueless DIYer, and they have given me lots of advice and help over the phone. The delivery service us amazing. One evening I -amateurly- ran out of paint before finishing a job. I ordered more at 8.30 am the following morning, but was gobsmacked when the paint arrived that very same day BEFORE NOON. Excellent, Thanks so much.
