Man in shop must of been dug up
Walked in at 10am with paint all over my hands cos customer didnt buy enough paint, its 10am on a week day, that means im busy. Bugger me, the bloke behind the bar was so laid back he was horizontal, took ages to collect a pot of paint id paid for previously, he looked about 70 so hes not arsed, but I was

Very poor service
Very poor service. The staff are slow to serve customers at the till and one member of staff made sarcastic remarks when I asked for a preordered paint that had been paid for. I will not use Brewers in future the staff need to understand that customers are important.

I placed a click and collect order to the Chester store and staff there were great. I'd definitely look here first for any decorating products.

Specialist Zinnser products.
Needed a range of Zinnser paint products to tackle Mould growth in one room. Brewers had all the products in stock, which I then ordered via click and collect. Received an email quickly saying items ready for collection. So good product lines and easy to obtain.
