We have recently ordered goods twice from here and they came next day or so.
There is a wide range of products available, items that we couldn’t find in larger diy stores.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

I want my money back
I want my money back. You've not contacted me at all about my order and when I emailed the store I got no reply.
**Update** The store was actually very good about this - their head office is responsible for online orders, so avoid them, but do shop in store.

Excellent Customer Service!
Needed a load of paint, at short-notice, incredibly busy and didn't have much time. I wasted 30 mins in a well known DIY store nearby with no help at all. Ended up in Brewers where the staff were great. Even spoke to the wife directly via my phone to make sure I bought exactly what my wife wanted. Real, proper, old fashioned service from knowledgeable staff. My only stop from now on for paint.

Brewers have phoned today, 15-4-24 and explained the computor glitch which caused the delay.
They have now resolved the issue and been very fair and helpful.
