It depends on who serves you…
I’ve had two interactions with Brewers Exeter recently. One where I picked up some pre ordered paint. The guy who served me was brilliant. He was quick, efficient and made sure I had everything I needed.
Then I went back to get some samples. One chap was tied up helping another customer so we had to wait. There was another employee floating around that kept glancing over and you could tell they didn’t want to get involved. Finally they succumbed and came to ask us what we wanted. We asked for two samples to be made and to buy one we had taken from the shelf. The attitude we received was completely unacceptable. It was as if we were asking them to climb Everest. They just did not want to be there, which made me not want to be there.
Hopefully if I go back, and that’s a big if, I’ll avoid that employee.
