What fantastic friendly helpful service and help I got from Brewers, Exeter on Saturday. Nothing was to much trouble, Jim and Lee were very patient and really went out of there way to get me what I wanted. I was blown away by the personal service I received, they didn’t have every I wanted in stock but offered to delivery it free of charge to me on Monday. In this day and age, this is unheard of. I would highly recommend anyone to go to brewers in Exeter for all there decorating needs. Very reasonably priced as well.
Sam at head office again was superb and friendly, when I rung. A family business that definitely go the extra mile or two. Huge thanks.

I have used Brewers in Exeter in the past and have always had a good in-store experience. I am decorating several rooms at the moment and an offer appeared on social media offering a 20% discount. I had a slight problem setting up my account. The phone helpline was answered by a person who was extremely helpful and friendly and my problem was resolved swiftly. Online ordering was straightforward and next day free delivery was brilliant. Thank you Brewers. A definite 5star experience.

I'd visited the store first but should have checked stock before travelling. This was my second trip to the store and like the professionalism as well as the knowledge of staff.

The product and price of the product was good,but I received no notification by either email or text to let me know that it was ready to collect! I phoned up after about 5 days and I was told it was now available in the store for me, When I went in to collect it I asked why I hadn't received any notification and the assistant checked on his screen and said that although my number was correct it had been input with too many spaces in it. He put it in as he said it should be put in and sent another message to me, but I didn't get that message either?

Brewers had trouble with their vans but still delivered very quickly and followed my instructions, very pleased.
