First class service
I have used brewers a few times now. I find the website easy to use. The delivery has always been excellent and always next day even if I have left it very late in the evening to place an order.
I will be using the service again as it is very competitive in its pricing.

good range, but service needs attention.
Happy with choices of product but too often items not in stick such as base for Milan's paints - the whole point of mixing in store is to have greater availability with lower stock holding - but you should hold base products all the time.
In store service quite good altho on my first order lots of dented tins and twice, products which had been ordered in where not handed over when I visited, Exeter in that case.

Appalling service, still waiting for it to be sorted
Ordered paint, oil and sealing solution about a month ago for new house build. None of the 3 products delivered in promised times and still awaiting oil nearly a month later. Appalling customer service highlighting every reason why it was a problem to refund or send similar products. Will not use again and would strongly recommend to steer clear unless you enjoy giving money away and endless phone calls.
