Lack of Communication
I ordered some fence paint for my home in June and was still waiting for it to arrive at the beginning of August. After phoning in mid july to see what was happening I was told it was a supply issue and it would be with me by the 19th of July but nothing arrived. By the time august rolled around I was getting quite aggravated by the fact it hadn't arrived and more so by the complete lack of communication from brewers letting me know what was happening with the supply. Eventually after an email to enquire as to what was happening a refund was issued as they still had no idea when they could get the paint yet were still selling it on the website which i don't agree with. The man i spoke to in exeter was friendly and processed a refund for me in a quick and efficient manner so i can't fault his service only that of the website. I wouldn't buy from Brewers again simply due to the lack of communication.
