I visited my local branch in Grantham for some product information on a number of items and then arrange delivery via the Doncaster branch. Despite not benefiting from my enquiries the team were very helpful and incredibly knowledgable about their products and services and it seemed nothing was too much trouble even providing me all the details for Doncaster. The deliveries made were all on time as agreed with great communication from the driver too. I would recommend without hesitation.
Great service from both branches.

Very helpful staff
Ordered some paint on line. I had a phone call to say it had arrived (earlier than expected). Guys in the shop were very helpful with a couple of questions I had too.

Good but.....
Obtaining wall paper quicker than anticipated but having to stand outside for a very long time before being allowed into the shop to pay was not the best of customer service even though it was due to COVID measures. How about more assistants serving?

Sorry to hear that you couldn’t enter the store as quickly as you’d like, I understand your frustration and you’re quite right it is due to covid restrictions. We have also experienced several short notice reductions in staffing levels recently which has contributed to us being slightly slower when serving customers at the store. You may wish to order online to speed up checkout for future orders and with a Brewers Card (or orders over £100) you will also be able to arrange free delivery.
