Good but.....
Obtaining wall paper quicker than anticipated but having to stand outside for a very long time before being allowed into the shop to pay was not the best of customer service even though it was due to COVID measures. How about more assistants serving?

Thanks for your feedback, I’m thrilled we were able to get your wallpaper to you in a speedy fashion! Sorry to hear that you couldn’t enter the store as quickly as you’d like, I understand your frustration and you’re quite right it is due to covid restrictions. We have also experienced several short notice reductions in staffing levels recently which has contributed to us being slightly slower when serving customers at the store. You may wish to order online to speed up checkout for future orders and with a Brewers Card (or orders over £100) you will also be able to arrange free delivery.
