Brewers Decorator Centres - Guildford Reviews 

Ordering was easy and I ordered a large pot of white and a specialist colour paint for which there was a three day wait. After three days I had to ring the store to find out where it was and I was told it had arrived. When I picked up the order I got the special order but the white was eventually found up on a rack and a forklift had to be used to get it down.

Accurate information on product availability. Friendly staff. Excellent product.

Excellent service - fast and efficient.

I ordered the goods online and was informed they would take around a week to be delivered to the store for pickup, and that I would be informed when they arrived. I didn’t receive any communication. I called after 12 days and they were in store. I suspect they had been there for a while. The goods were what I had ordered, so no issue with the ordering process itself, just the communication.

Ordered item overnight. Reassuring as only 1 item left in stock. Very helpful staff at collection

I went into this shop this afternoon. There were 4 of us customers standing waiting, and 2 staff members at the paint mixing area and nobody at all on the tills. After about 10 minutes I put my paint back on the shelf and walked out. I rarely use this branch as I find the staff generally hopeless and one particular fellow is extremely rude and ill mannered. This just confirmed my commitment to never visit this branch again.

Fantastic service.and very competitive. Placed order late evening and had a phone call by 8.30 next morning telling me order was picked and being despatched. Even better, items that had been quoted as longer lead time were ready. Friendly and helpful from the first phone call to actual delivery driver. Email communication from manager also fantastic for after sakes. when I enquired about returning excess tins of paint. Thank you!

Great quick service , will use again

Usually good service fr Brewers but not on this occasion. Product was back ordered 7-10 day lead time, no issue there as things have a tendency to be back ordered at present. 3 weeks later and still no sign or contact from Brewers as to its whereabouts. Submitted a help request, called back to say it would be another 7-10 days. 2 weeks later, still nothing and no further updates. To top it off, this survey asking how my recent purchase was!!
