EDIT 20/09/23 The manager of the branch and the account manager have both phoned me to try to ensure better service in the future. Thank you.
ORIGINAL: The setting up of a credit account took longer than anticipated, then the order took longer to deliver than anticipated, so arrived at school on the last day of the academic year. No invoice was sent, so no payment was paid, and the account was then frozen after 30 days, during the school holidays.
An invoice has now been sent immediately after I phoned, nearly 60 days on.
