Exemplary service, no quibbles.
Sadolin Superdec 2.5 litres supplied and mixed by Brewers was off colour/not according to colour card, which may actually be Crown Paints fault. But the Maidenhead branch went the extra mile, first by mixing not one but two sample tins to get the colour I wanted, then gave me 2.5 litres of the colour I wanted, gratis.

Dreadful service. Items never arrived. Contacted them got transferred from pillar to post. Told I would be rang back. Never got rang back. Had to cancel order and reorder from a professional company instead

Found the process simple and…
Found the process simple and straightforward once I got to know the website. Got the telephone call and picked up same morning, only observation was that signs for pallet 1, 2 and3 were not instantly visible as they were Stapled only at the front and as it was blowing a gale were not visible.
Apart from that guy brought my supplies instantly and correctly.
