They are always polite and friendly and ready to answer any questions you have. My last order was done on-line and received a message to say it was ready in store to be collected almost immediately. I use the minworth branch in Sutton Coldfield and the lady who works then is always very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they have.

Great value, they mixed from a sample and it was spot on. The quality was so good I only needed one coat.
