Great service
Searched for Crown Soft Ochre paint and this was the only outlet that stocked it. Ordering was easy and it was delivered on time by their own delivery service. The product was in perfect condition and I would have no hesitation using them again.

Great customer service experience!
Spoke to Jack in customer services when I had a problem ordering paint on the website. He was extremely helpful, sorted the issue out and rang me back as promised. Paint was delivered very promptly by one of your staff.

Bad customer service
When in ordered my paint it said collect in 7 days after 8 I called and the member of staff was very rude, the after 2 weeks I called and I was told yeah that’s came in but can’t find it, finally received after 16 days! Won’t buy from them again

I’ve used this store a number of times and always find the staff to be really helpful. The paint mixing service is great. I’m grateful they’re continuing to run such a good service despite the current situation.
