Colour matched paint was whack
Colour matched paint was totally different colour, at least 2 shades lighter. Sales assistant even agreed with me but still refused to refund. He said they don’t offer an exact match. You what??? What does “colour match” actually mean in plain english?? I had to bin the paint and am now £55 poorer as a result. Crap paint, crap service.

Unfortunately, when matching a colour from one brand into another brand’s paint, we can’t guarantee an exact match. I’ve spoken with the store, and they’ve advised they’d be happy to manually adjust the colour to better meet your expectations.
