The item I ordered was delivered quickly and well packed. The company stocks a much wider range of products than a typical DIY shop and I would use them again.

Website not easy to use.
I found the website not easy to navigate and confusing, I eventually managed to order the products I wanted but it took ages.
I also tried to order 2 - 2.5L tins of Sikkens Cetol Filter 7 Rosewood yesterday but had to admit defeat as I could only bring up 1L tins so ordered it elsewhere.
That is why I gave it only 3 stars.
