Helpful friendly staff, great customer service. Excellent manager liked by all.

I ordered one evening and by 8am the next morning I had a text saying my order was ready for collection. I will definitely shop here again.

I couldn't get up to the store so I was able to order on line and have my parcel delivered the next day from Newport to Ryde

What an utterly ridiculous place to try and shop , there’s always about 4-6 people working there but nobody to serve you , as you walk in everyone dose a lord lucan and vanishes.
Constantly out of stock of loads of items , not weird things , but 9” roller heads , one inch brushes etc etc , over priced and totally unhelpful, when a member of staff finally hatches .
I have complained many times and it falls of deaf ears , we now only use in an extreme emergency,

We spend thousands in B&Q now on the excellent and fabulous quality Valdpar paint which we achieve amazing results,

They are a DIY shop , brewers are supposed to be a trade outlet,

Utterly dreadful management of the branch , somebody needs a bollocking , what an absolute joke .

You’ve been no better for years .

I found what I was looking for on thier website...click and collected.....no problem, collected the next day.

Very helpful staff, speedy deliveries and wide range of products.
I did not give five stars simply because the webpage leads a lot to be desired particularly when trying to filter products. As an example, I was looking at sealants and there was an option to choose colour, I selected white and all of the items returned were paint! This happens with most products when trying to filter results.

Had to order 30ltrs of coloured (mixed)exterior masonry paint for works being completed on our property.
Unfortunately 10ltrs needed to be brought in from another depot and picked up later that week.
The workman completed the undercoat then 48 hours later a second coat. The second coat was a totally different colour to what we ordered and shown on the receipt.
So now I have to pay extra for the correct colour to be painted on the walls.
