Efficient home delivery service
Ordered a specialist wall paint (that isn't available through the 'usual' DIY outlet on the IOW) on Sunday evening for home delivery, and it was delivered the following afternoon. Delivery person was very polite. Excellent service.

Brilliant service and reasonable…
Brilliant service and reasonable prices. I've always found the staff helpful and offer advice to non trades people without making you feel inadequate. Perhaps perceived as a shop that mainly professional's use, they cater very well to us mere amateurs and keen diyer's. During this current period of Covid restrictions, their delivery service is second to none.

Excellent service and helpful staff.My only gripe is with the website which makes it difficult to ascertain which colour you finally end up with. My colour was nothing like the website but luckily I had some black spirit stain which I used to make an acceptable brown.
I will check with the staff next time
