Excellent customer service, everything was provided and the chap was nice and friendly and made sure I have all the right equipment. The paint he mixed was perfect and he gave good advice.

Disappointing
Had to wait longer than the 6 days quoted but was delivered and they did apologise for the delay, but have ordered some more laquer which again said 6 days delivery, I telephoned after 10 days and the product was still not in stock, which isn’t very good service as they haven’t been in touch, and I’m waiting for this as I need to finish the floor I’m doing

Thank you for leaving your feedback and I'm sorry we've not been in touch sooner regarding the availability of the product. There have been various supply issues from a number of manufacturers which is likely to be contributing to the delay of getting this product to you.

Lack of contact
I ordered 2 tins of paint 2nd April on click and collect heard nothing from Brewers on about the 20th I went into the shop to inquire what was happening. They had 1 of the tins but couldn't tell me when the other would arrive after some discussion they mixed me an equivalent. All very well but with some contact it could have been sorted in a couple of days!

I purchased some paint online
I purchased some paint online. When advised it was ready to collect, I went to the store. Covid precautions were in place, and I waited outside until it was my turn to enter the store. When inside, everything was well managed. My paint was ready behind the counter. No problems. All safe.
