I had a great experience at this shop while choosing wallpaper for my house. Max was extremely patient and took the time to show me through a wide selection of wallpaper books, giving me thoughtful and creative suggestions . Her knowledge of the books was impressive! I needed wallpaper for four rooms and she made the whole process so much easier. She even followed up with an email afterwards to confirm order, which I really appreciated. My wallpaper arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Thank you 👍. I’ll be ordering some curtains next

Incredible service from the start when very stylish consultant lady Max helped me to understand what my style is and what I wanted. Incredible service from Frankie organising the installation and the gentleman who put everything up so quickly was perfect too. It took me quite a long time and I looked through a lot of books choosing what exactly I wanted and I wasn’t wrong. Me and my partner we both really enjoyed the Roman blinds that we went for plus we have incredible Wallpaper on the walls Both upstairs and downstairs downstairs. Really beautiful, but I’m gonna be honest I would not be able to choose any of it without taste and knowledge of the team special things to consultant lady Max Stylish and sophisticated woman Who I felt I can trust from the moment I met her. Her taste is immaculate massive thank you to everyone Who helped us to make our house look And feel like home!

Visited the Sevenoaks branch this morning couldn’t fault the selection of wallpaper but the service I received from the young lady was terrible. No smiles and certainly acted as though she didn’t want to be there.

Great service from all the team at Brewers Sevenoaks. The staff have great product knowledge. If they don't have the item you need it can be ordered in and is usually ready for collection pretty quickly. They have a huge choice of wallpapers which fully met our needs

Ordered paint on line as not a stock item, easy to do, notified when in branch and collected following day.

I visited Brewers in Sevenoaks today and was disappointed at the total lack of service offered. The first staff member was so engrossed in his mobile phone that he didn't even notice I was there. When I asked for a particular product, a vague wave of the hand in a general direction was the eloquent response. The other staff member at the back of the store equally was entertaining herself on her phone.
Needless to say, I won't be returning as my custom is so unwelcome.

Shop staff in Sevenoaks were friendly and helpful when we needed to delay pickup of our click and collect for a few days.

I have used our local Brewers for about 40 years, not as a professional, but amateur DIY er/ home restoration/improvement. In that period I have always received excellent advice and support, all products have been top quality even. The staff always know what they are talking about which is far more that is the case at the big she’d companies. I rarely go anywhere else for products.

The manager Peter and staff Dean, Darren, Joy and Maxine, have always been knowledgable about all the products. always helpful, cheery,
would never go anywhere else.

I have used Brewers sevenoaks many times over the years and they never fail to impress. Peter has helped me out many times with specs and information about exterior grade paints and finishes. Wouldn’t use anyone else! Top service.

I was so amazed with the effort the sevenoaks store gave me on my first visit I had to leave a review. I was first served by joy and when I was after a particular stain and advise for my table she was apologetic that she was not able to answer my query fully but she called upon Dean who went through all the options with me and explaining to Joy at the same in a simple way without making it sound like he was dictating and you could see and hear how thoughtful he was with his peers and customer service. The store has so much inside which surprised me from how small it looks from the outside. I look forward to coming back again for me next visit

Always so efficient and professional. Dean has expert knowledge and is consummately helpful with his advice. I am not in the trade and am never made to feel rushed and no question is too simple or complex.
