WONDERFUL ADVICE
This is my second rave review about Brewers in Sevenoaks and this time, it is Dean that I have to thank. There was no issue in returning a product which was immediately refunded. We are decorating our bathroom and Dean ran me through the paint options for the ceiling. The wall colour is yet to be chosen but Dean gave me some modern ideas and I have taken some card samples away. Thank you to Dean and to Darren for being patient and giving such great advice.

Very good website and call centre…
Very good website and call centre experience - poor branch (Sevenoaks) who had still not informed me that my order had arrived days after it had done so. Saved by call centre who like me had difficulty in getting them to pick up the phone.

Rude and patronising
Lady in the showroom is rude and patronising. Most important quality required of any designer/advisor is the ability to listen to her clients needs - she definitely lacks this!
2 weeks after the store visit, over the phone she demanded to know whether I had made my mind up, told me it’s not possible that I hadn’t received one of the samples (which I am still waiting for) and basically why I was taking so long to decide!
Other staff in the store are helpful and give honest advice.
Shame as I love the fabrics and wallpaper at this shop but have now found an alternative store with friendlier service.

Great for advice and guidance
We wanted advice and guidance on how we should best treat our parquet flooring which we had just stripped right back to the original wood. The person we spoke to was very knowledgable offering us a number of product options and giving tips of things we could do to achieve the best possible outcome. It's always a pleasure to talk to any member of the Sevenoaks team. Their advice is always first class!
