I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff
I was greeted by helpful and friendly staff who helped find what I needed. As it was Easter time and (I assume) because I had my son with me, they gave me a superb chocolate paint brush to go with it. We went for their own Albany brand and it was great quality paint.

Outstanding staff, poor prices
Outstanding customer service, not normally found in trade shops.
The young woman was helpful and very knowledgeable and provided great alternative colour for something out of stock.
A shame that Brewers charge retail customers top dollar prices!
So many alternative companies now on line…

Poor advice
I came in for some honest, expert advice and, instead of admitting not knowing, I received a complete guess - stated as if it was fact. It turned out to be wrong, as I found out upon checking with a different retailer.
It's OK not to know everything, so why mislead customers with a guess that could be wrong, saying it as if you know exactly what you are talking about?
