I ordered a home delivery. The delivery came from the St Austel branch.The delivery was only slightly delayed.when I called up to make an inquiry as to my delivery. The staff were helpful and friendly. My paint was delivered the next day. They are a lovely branch and I will only be ordering my paint from them in the future

Seven working days to fulfill a paint order
It took seven working days and several follow-up phone-calls to finally receive an on-line order that should have taken only two days and was meant to be delivered. During one call, I was told that there would be a reduction in price to compensate - on collection of the paint, I was told there was no such offer.

I placed my order and it came very quickly and was left in a safe place that I had specified.
I was a bit uncertain about a few things before I ordered the paint and I rang and spoke to a lady, who was very helpful and helped me work out how much paint I needed.

Excellent service from Steve at the St Austell branch, my introductory online discount had not been applied but he sorted this out and was really helpful. Fast delivery, lovely paint, I will now use for all my paint ongoing.

I think it's useful buying my paint from a company which supplies professionals. I got used to buying from Brewers with my hubby when they supplied his decoration and restoration business.
You get the same help whether you know what you are doing or not!
