A solid group
Quite an easy website to navigate and order from (I am non-trade). Huge selection, including the Johnstone's range - both colours, finishes AND pot sizes (very useful). Good communication and query facilities and timely delivery with friendly and helpful own drivers. Excellent.

absolutely brilliant service. I give them a 5 star rating. they were so helpful and I got my purchase really really quickly and it was delivered by a Brewster's staff member and he gave me great advice about how to use my purchase to get the best result. I would thoroughly recommend Brewster's to my friends and family

I ordered a tin of paint on the 23rd…
I ordered a tin of paint on the 23rd June. I received my confirmation email where I was advised in the small print that it could take up to 30 days for delivery. At no point was I advised that there was no stock. After 35 days without any communication I contacted to see what was happening. I received a a generic CS type email saying that my local store had been contacted and they would be advising me on the delivery. 2 days later after still not hearing anything I emailed again and a couple of hours later someone from the Stoke branch rang to say that it would be the end of August before delivery could be made and tried to blame it on the suppliers. This level of service is deplorable at best and I will certainly never be using this company again.
