Incorrect colour match
I ordered Sadolin SuperDec Satin Jacobean Walnut paint. Unfortunately, the paint I was given was mixed by Brewers and is such a different colour that I have had to repaint with Sadolin Jacobean Walnut Woodstain to correct the colour and blend it in with the rest of the woodwork.

It would be good to get a better understanding of the situation as colour can be affected by various things. For example, was the finish the same (stain or paint), also when was the previous product used and applied, exposure to the elements may have had an impact, formulation changes. Dave and Paddy in the Stratford on Avon branch were so very kind and helped an elderly lady (myself) who had sadly dropped a tin of dark green paint on their forecourt!

Clear, easy to understand website for ordering.
Very good friendly customer service when order was collected.
Clean and tidy well stocked store.
Only negative was that no email etc. was received to tell me that my click and collect order was ready, I had to phone.
