The time to collection was kept changing betwen 1 and 3 days! Confusing.
The time to collection was initially shown as 3 days, but the next screen said it was 1 day. But later screens in the same process showed it as back to 3 days again then 1 day again!

A veritable Aladdin’s cave.
My first visit to Brewers in Swindon (although I’ve been using Brewers since 1970😳) and this is the best store I’ve ever been to. A veritable Aladdins Cave of all things decoration wise. As usual, extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff too. Excellent and I’d say arguably the best around.

Given my star rating on the products the company carry and the professionalism of the staff one star missing from the five star review is because of the price of items to the trade if you do not have a full trade account just a cash account very small discount

Ordered online which showed 1 day…
Ordered online which showed 1 day delivery, decided to collect in store so I could get on painting the weekend...ordered Tues 18th June, Fri 21st I called them as no update on order to be told hhmmm not sure let me check will call you back. I called back as had no call back, to be told it should be delivered that day shows out for delivery, but not sure...however they would call me when its delivered..suprise I had no phone call, 25th I then get a orders ready txt - collected today, some confusion over if I had paid or not, then a brief exchange between staff about 'it got delivered somewhere..then it spilled..so had to reorder'...
I wont be back terrible service.

Customer very confident in all products ordered will be correct and all delivery promised kept.
