Unbelievably great service
Ordered some paint at 8am and it was delivered to my door before 10am!
Never did I expect it to be delivered on the same day let alone within 2 hrs and with a smile

Online order farce
My order wasn't ready when I went to collect it.. 24 hours later. The staff member found my order in the office orders in-tray.

Excellent customer service and advice
Excellent customer service and advice. Lovely shop assistant carried my paint and bits to my car as I had my hands full of grandchild 😊. Ordering and collection both a doddle.

Hi Michael, thanks for your review, paint will age once on the wall as it can be impacted by sunlight. Although the paint may be the ‘same’ there can be very slight differences in the colour especially if mixed years apart. In the last 4 years, formulations have changed which will have impacted all colours plus our tinting machines are recalibrated periodically and colour recipes updated occasionally – all factors that could account for the difference due to the amount of time in between the two purchases. We spend a lot of time highlighting complaints and bad service and probably not enough time praising good service and excellence.
So here we go because this one is about excellence.
I am not a decorator by trade but this is the only place I will buy paint. The staff here are both knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful, this is not on occasion, it’s every time.
They will work tirelessly to assist you with colour matching and will even get on the phone to suppliers and other branches to get the solution you need.
They don’t just go the extra mile, it’s more like 10 miles.
Yes but it’s quite expensive, I hear you say. But I am going to say it’s worth every penny.
I have just decorated our whole house using Dulux paints that brewers have mixed for me and rarely have I had to put even a second coat. Yes, in the past I have used paints from the big DIY stores and they always need at least two coats, if not three. Even Dulux from the big DIY stores, it just can’t be the same, as they also always need 2 coats.
But, as mentioned, when they are made up by Brewers 95% of the work I have done here at home has only needed one coat. Which has saved me a lot of time and frustration.
