Did a viewing and made an offer, never heard back from the estate agent. It’s been over a month now, I called on 4 occasions, still no call back.

We have looked through our records and have found the information on your offer which you made on the 13th August and we have received two more calls from you chasing up on your offer to which we responded that we didn’t have any news. No offers have been accepted nor declined from the owner. The owner is 91 years old and is currently discussing matters with her family regarding offers and moving home. We didn’t want to push the owner in respect of making a decision as she felt quite stressed about the whole selling aspect. As soon as we have any news we will let you know.
Having been established for over 38 years, we have earned a praiseworthy reputation for assuring customer satisfaction and aim to continue this trend for many years to come

Really impressive service, this was the best experiences of selling a house I have had, Mike just gets it, knowing how to cut through any type of problem during the journey to completion. I was very pleased with the service received from Mike. I wanted to ensure that i found a long term tenant that would respect my property and Mike really took this on board and has helped me twice now to do just that. A previous agent i used always wanted to fill the property asap regardless of tenant quality, i always felt they were out to make a quick buck. Mike puts the time and effort in and ensures you get the right tenant for your property. I have already recommend him to my friends.
