Fantastic place for those who need that bit extra space and equipment. The decor is gorgeous....peaceful and tranquil,and the hot tub just adds that but of extra magic! Will be staying again !

Just returned from a long weekend in Pine Cottage. As always, everything about the holiday was perfect. The hospitality is second to none. We have supported people with physical and learning disabilities to holiday at Brickhouse cottages a number of times now over the last couple of years. Our nursing service think very highly of you all, and I think I speak for everyone in saying that we wouldn’t go elsewhere - nothing else compares! We’ll see you again soon (July!)

Fantastic long weekend away with the family. The cottages are spacious and well laid out. Staff were friendly and catered for any additional needs. Lovely surroundings and lots of places to visit nearby. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable we will definitely be returning soon.

Had a great holiday here, the facility’s are excellent, already rebooked for October. Lovely staff.

We had such a lovely break in Birch Cottage. Thank for creating somewhere so perfect from a practical perspective but also with luxury too.

We've had two very lovely stays at Brickhouse Cottages; both cottages were well equipped and fully accesssible and had clearly been designed to look very stylish as well as very comfortable. The on site hydrotherapy pool was a welcome attraction and both our cottages had hot tubs with hoisting facility - a real favourite of the three people we were supporting.

Everyone had such a great time and even the sun came to greet us - the team onsite were very friendly and full of helpful information.

All in all just what you'd hope for and more - we will be returning!

1 small criticism would be location of group bookings should probably be different to those on quiet family holidays as 8+ people are likely to make more noise than that of a family of 3, but overall the stay was amazing and I cant recommend the cottages enough. I would 100% re book again and my friends already have for later in the year. Thanks again Brick house.

An amazing place with exceptional staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have a fantastic break. This was the first time we had used an accessible cottage and the facilities and equipment were second to none allowing everyone to have a stress free few days in a tranquil environment. Thank you, we will be back.

Excellent stay in cosy cottage which was beautifully decorated throughout.
The surroundings were very peaceful and we enjoyed a family get together.
The facilities meant we were all able to enjoy our time together although we didn’t use the hydro therapy pool.
Hot tub proved very popular with some members.
I would highly recommend and hope to return some time in the future. Massive thanks to Erica and family - really lovely place you have created.

We booked time away to bring our southern family to the area to see the new baby in Blackpool. I had previously met Erica and others at a disabled equipment exhibition. I was impressed with those I met, the photographs and the price. We decided to give Brickhouse Farm Cottages a try-out as Granny is disabled (but partially mobile).
The price was competitive with a caravan and the facilities in the cottage were vastly superior for the disabled and the able-bodied.
The five days we were there went off swimmingly - not only did six of us fit comfortably into the the space but we were able to add five others on an evening visit with sufficient comfort and elbow room.
Erica, Gracie and all the others we met were so pleasant, friendly and helpful.
We will be returning! Often!!

Its the first time we have used the cottages but it wont be the last time. The place is tranquil and in a lovely setting. The cottages are immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The hot tub was a great hit as was the hydrotherapy pool. Located near Blackpool, Morecombe Bay and the Lake District.
There is lovely welcome, Nothing is too much trouble. Erica, Grace Vicki, Charlotte Sue and Ian are so friendly. Its the first holiday that we've had as a family that I could relax on as all our needs were catered for equipment etc.
For Disabled or Abled this holiday ticks all the boxes. I cant wait for our next holiday

Lovely cottages with excellent spacious facilities. The private hot tub was a hit with the whole group. Excellent value for money. Had a great weekend with friends.

Lovely outstanding cottages well equipped and very cosy. Very high standard and in a lovely peaceful surroundings. Nothing to much trouble for the owners always willing to help and accommodate. Will be booking again loved our stay in Walnut cottage.

Very well equipped and comfortable accommodation with the severely disabled wheelchair reliant visitor in mind. Would recommend very highly will be visiting again accommodation like this is extremely hard to locate in the UK

AMAZING AMAZING! If you need wheelchair access & accommodation for a profoundly disabled person(s). But if you also seek that bit luxury.... This is your place!!

Everything about the cottages was perfect. So well adapted for those with disabilities, but in a luxurious and subtle way, without anything looking clinical. The beds were wonderfully comfortable and the wetrooms well adapted and accessible.
The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the staff at Brickhouse Farm Cottages are so incredibly friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
I booked an extended weekend there, as a disabled person, to celebrate my 60th birthday with two other female friends who also have disabilities. We had the most wonderful relaxing time.
Unfortunately at the time we went , the hydro pool was still being constructed, but we will definitely be back again soon, to sample it's delights.
A couple of recommendations for the future which would enhance the experience further, would be a mini supermarket (or even a small well stocked grocers shop, possibly selling a few farm grown produce) and also a little coffee shop where guests might grab a sandwich during the day.
All in all though, the best cottages I have ever stayed in.
