From my first enquiry to the completion of the purchase the sales executive Colin McNair was superb.He made sure everything was as described on the site and all relevant paperwork was up to date and in order.Great company /people to do buisness with and would definitely recomend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

My vehicle was actually bought from vehicle trade centre Ayr but found out it’s actually Bridgend that deal with the cars. If I knew that I wouldn’t off bought it. I won’t go on with what problems were wrong with my car but I’ve lost thousands off pounds with it between value and fixing problems that were not my fault, Sharon from customer services like to blame the customer and take no responsibility. Please just think twice before buying from Bridgend. Cars not looked at and once you pay they couldn’t care less. They sell cars a fraction cheaper than other garages just to get a sale but please pay a little extra an go elsewhere, somewhere that actually check over cars to make sure they are safe. Make sure you know your stuff about cars cause this place is full of crooks.

Speedy and professional very good service

Went to look at cars, never felt pushed into purchasing. Once the decision was made it was a fairly easy process made easy by the salesperson

Sales people were excellent. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and keen to be of service.
Unfortunately, one of the after-sales team was not.

Liam the salesman was very good and the whole process was very smooth. I took a star off as the car had next to no petrol in it when I picked it up my first stop had to be for petrol. It may be an idea to put £25 or £30 of petrol in the car and adding that on to the price.

Customer service was first class and everything down to receiving car was perfect

Straight forward deal, staff were really helpful. Traded in 2 cars for an EV. Mot done on the car and replacement parts fitted before pickup.

I was very excited to have my first mini automatic car, Liam the sales person was excellent and very professional and helpful.
The car did not appear not to have been Prept before I picked it up.
When I drove it home I heard a rattle coming from the rear of the car, also noticed a few stone chips on the near side of the car had not been touched up.
When I contacted the garage they were very helpful to rectify all the above which gave me piece of mind.
This is the 3rd car I have purchased from Bridgend garages and always found them very professional.
