Amazing customer service! Following my recent purchase of a new Land Rover Defender, I had some concerns regarding the car's performance. Dave Haynes at Sinclair was exceptionally responsive and arranged for the vehicle to be brought in and looked at very promptly. The service team were great; Terry Pepper in particular was a fount of knowledge and answered all questions in depth from both a technical and very practical perspective. Thank you team Sinclair!

Helpful and accommodating staff on reception. Had an MOT whilst I waited and a week or so later had service whilst I waited. Both were done in a very reasonable time in comfortable surroundings.

Communication is excellent. I was updated on the progress of my new car not only by email but by personal calls from the sales team. I found them to be the most customer friendly garage I have dealt with.
This is the third car I have bought from the Sinclair Group, (second one from their Cardiff branch) and I have been very pleased with each one - which is the reason I keep going back!
After-sales is excellent and the service contract is both reasonably priced and well managed by the service team. If there is an issue with the car and it flags up on their system they will ring you. If your service is due they will email or ring you.
Excellent overall and highly recommended.

The honesty, knowledge and integrity shown by Scott was amazing and really enjoyed the experience of buying a vehicle with him.

I had to take my new Volkswagen T-Roc in to have the drivers window and petrol flap looked at and it was made very easy. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman i dealt with at Volkswagen Cardiff yesterday but he was friendly and professional, had the same model courtesy car waiting for me, had all my issues sorted within the same day and when I came to pick my car back up later that afternoon it had even been washed. Great experience all round

Visited Sinclair Neyland for a repair. I live an hour away, as it's West Wales and not many VW garages around this was my closest option. A very welcoming experience and was well looked after knowing I was willing to wait. I was able to work a few hours on my laptop in the waiting area and enjoy a coffee from the machine. Being self employed this is great as didn't effect loss of earnings. I engaged with several members of staff and mechanics on the day, all very knowledgable, approachable and professional.

I've visited in the past for sales too, and although they didn't have what I was looking for I wasn't pushed into anything unsuitable for my needs.

Would recommend for repairs, service and sales. Thanks!
