Excellent, and pleasant service by everyone at Hay- on - Wye. I travel an hour, in order for them to deal with my car. There are other dealerships nearer but these are by far the best all round. Highly recommend. Treated as a person, with respect.

Everything is just very well done. I had a small issue with the boot not closing properly. When I was there they repaired the vehicle, did 2 recalls then cleaned the car inside and out. All this within 2 hours. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly.

I have no qualms about awarding Sinclair Group a 5* rating. They offer an above average experience and importantly, I trust the workmanship. A seamless and dare I say, pleasant operation where your vehicle is given the best attention, and defects remedied by experienced mechanics. Front of House is good as well and the coffee (reported on before) is superb. All in all a good establishment, which I trust implicitly.

Due to an IT glitch my Defender was not booked in for its MOT at Hay On Wye Landrover. However Angus and Yas managed to swap vehicles around and gave me a courtesy car so it could be done. They are second to none for excellent customer service. I have used them a few times now and its well worth the drive. Angus and Yas always go the extra mile and they are a credit to the brand and company.

As per last two visits the service team were rude and unprofessional!

We asked for them to fix a broken break light and they spent 3 hours bait to look at it and then changed us £125 just to look at it.

We told the service chap that’s not right and was told they don’t look at cars for free

We were buying a new car off them but die to the attitude of service team we will buy elsewhere. A shame as sales manager was professional.

This dealership continues to maintain a professional yet personal approach every time.
Nothing was too much trouble, unrushed & friendly.
Not the closest LR outlet to our business but we will continue to come back for the service. Thanks Angus!

Very friendly and professional. We were offered the use of a Defender 110 but opted for a lift into Hay instead. Our driver, Gemma (?) was very pleasant. Nothing seemed too much trouble unlike other Land Rover dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past.

staff in service Department did 120% to try and help in all aspects , car came back as promised and service was wonderful with a wonderful personal touch .
