I took my F-Pace for its first service to Sinclair Jaguar at Swansea. On arrival, I was advised to drive to the drive-through entrance and was greeted by Grant from the service team. He asked me to leave the car as they would drive it into the workshop, and I was directed to the reception area, which was right next to the drive-in entrance, it was all under cover. Grant took my details for the service and helpfully advised me that I had booked the leave service drop and that their book-a-time service might have been better as I drove in from Haverfordwest. Customer service second to none, Thank you, Grant. If I could rate higher than five stars, I would. The reception area was like a 5-star hotel - spacious, lots of seating areas with power and WIFI. Reception staff also provided complimentary drinks, Welsh cakes. Sinclair Group - Jaguar Swansea you have nailed the whole experience. I will recommend anyone to buy or book through Sinclair Group - Sinclair Jaguar Swansea.

Fantastic garage in Swansea, staff are so friendly and they make a lovely coffee. They go over and beyond to help sort an issue, the girls on the phone are great and understand emergency of a job. I haven't seen such a friendly business in a long time.

A very nice pleasant young man collected and returned my car for a re call job, I also had a telephone conversation with Jamie whilst he was updating things for me, he was also very helpful and kind too, I find the Sinclair Swansea branch really have the most excellent staff, they are all very willing to help in any way possible from the excellent reception staff right through to the service engineers they are all excellent, many thanks.

There were a few very little issues when I got the car but Richard who looked after me identifed the issues straight away and has organised them to be resolved as soon as possible.

This is my second car from the Swansea dealership and from sales to the service team have always been excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

When I visited the showroom I initially felt out of place due to the price range of vehicles with so many new vehicles on show however, the customer care, service and friendliness of the staff soon put me at ease and each customer I observed was treated with the same courtesy, respect and customer care. I had my car serviced on Friday 23rd Jan and as always the team were great. I was able to work from a private office which was really helpful and I was kept well watered with barista coffee and Welsh cakes from the lovely front of house staff.

Grant was my service advisor and kept me well informed and was really helpful.
