When we purchased our new car
On the day we purchased our new car we had planned to look at 5 vehicles, Sinclair's was the first garage we visited, and from the start we were look after by the staff so did not need to look at any other vehicles.
The sales rep (Lewis) was second to none, went thought everything. Could not have been treated any better. When we picked up the new vehicle the process was fire class.

Had kids with me, Sinclair made it stress free.
Made everything easy leading up to collection, and was always in touch to make sure I got the best deal.
Scott was pleasure to deal with.
I travelled with my two young kids and the facility accommodated them above and beyond. Carey had a lot of patience with them and made the handover a breeze.
Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional Customer Service
It was refreshing to deal with Sinclair Group Swansea , Paul Wright and Jamie Callan were both very competent , helpful and friendly . I cannot fault the service received ,calls were always returned and I was continually kept updated on progress . The car was also delivered by a very helpful courier who took the time to explain the controls. The car arrived in a perfect condition and the Jaguar umbrella and key rings supplied with the Car were much appreciated.
